John Adams is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the Florida market. As President of Adams, Cameron & Co, he leverages his deep industry knowledge and expertise to lead the company's growth and success. John is a Florida Broker and actively participates in various industry organizations.
Born and raised in Daytona Beach, John's strong local ties have shaped his understanding of the community. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Business Management and obtaining an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business, he gained valuable experience in consulting and technology leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and CoolSavings, Inc.
Committed to giving back, John is actively involved in numerous community organizations. He currently serves on the Florida Realtors Presidential PAG, is the incoming president of the West Volusia Association of Realtors, and holds leadership positions on several boards and committees.
John's passion for real estate, coupled with his dedication to community service, makes him a valuable asset to the industry and a trusted advisor to clients and real estate professionals.

With over 33 years in real estate, I bring unmatched expertise in both sales and mortgage, backed by hundreds of millions in closed transactions. As a Broker Associate and Sales Manager at Adams, Cameron & Co., I’ve built top-performing teams, trained new agents, and consistently delivered award-winning results.
I’m passionate about mentorship, negotiation strategy, and guiding clients and Realtors through complex deals with confidence. Trained by industry icons like Jared James, Tony Robbins, Tom Ferry, and Brian Buffini, I believe that experience, education, consistency and leadership are the keys to long-term success.
Currently serving as President of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, I also sit on multiple boards and committees, always working to elevate our profession and community.
Designations include: Broker, PSA, AHWD, SFR, E-Pro, and Appraisal coursework completed (FL). Psychology degree from UCF.

Ashlee began her real estate career in operations management, where she led compliance, listing coordination, marketing campaigns, and lead generation for a high-performing team. That foundation built a strong understanding of both the business and people sides of real estate.
Today, Ashlee serves in a leadership role with Adams, Cameron & Co., Realtors, where she supports agents, fosters growth, and contributes to the company’s continued success. She is also an active voice in the local industry, serving on multiple committees with the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, where she helps shape policy, support education, and elevate professional standards.
